Owner and Massage Therapist (LSSM Dip, MISRM)
I’ve been working as a Massage and Soft Tissue Therapist and running my own practice since qualifying in 2017. I provide clients with a professional, welcoming and friendly service working from my home treatment room in Old Harlow.
I have a BTEC Level 5 qualification in Sports and Remedial Massage/Soft Tissue Therapy from the London School of Soft Tissue Therapy (LSSM) – the highest level qualification in this field in the UK. I am also a full member of the Institute for Soft Tissue Therapists (ISRM), a leading professional association for soft tissue and sports massage therapists in the UK.
I became a massage therapist whilst working in the health and fitness industry, where I was a group fitness instructor in local sports and leisure centres for over 15 years.
One of my favourite aspects of my work is having the opportunity to meet new people and I always strive to look after and do the very best for my clients – many of who have been coming back to see me for a number of years for regular maintenance, either to maintain sporting performance, or to manage particular postural or occupational problems.
Whether you come to see me just once or twice or more regularly, my aim is to provide tailored treatments to help you lead a full and rewarding life, pain and injury free.
My Treatment Room is an old timber-clad outbuilding located within my garden. The building has been fitted out to provide a high quality dedicated work space for my business, and has separate access via my front driveway and along the side of my house. Parking is available on my driveway.
A warm and welcoming place, my home treatment room is designed to give you the opportunity and space to properly relax during your treatment.
